At Open Windows, we believe that a healthy, happy work environment positively influences productivity, staff longevity, and customer satisfaction. That is why staff at Open Windows work very closely with each other and with Managers and Company Directors. All staff are on first name basis with the Directors of Open Windows. Role interactivity and multi-skilling is encouraged and staff are always free to seek the advice of others, even in different departments, to speak their mind on issues that are important to them, and work together to solve problems. Our open-plan office promotes teamwork and eliminates the structured 'us and them' office environment. The end result is better outcomes for customers, and happier, healthier staff.

Quality
At Open Windows, we have Quality Systems in place to maintain our excellent standards in Software Supply and Customer Service. Extensive System Testing takes place within our testing environments before Systems are installed or supplied. Staff carry out all tests as per our written procedures for Testing and must document Quality Checklists to ensure that testing is completed correctly.
